Pellet Program Policy The Residential/Commercial Densified Fuel Policy sets forth the guidelines for the pellet program. It addresses what areas the ALSC has approved and serves as the basis for the development of the Residential/Commercial Densified Fuel Enforcement Regulations. The Policy sets the Board of Review requirements and requires accredited agencies conform to both this Policy and the Enforcement Regulations.
